RFSU Fertility / Menopause Test – Find out your fertility easily at home

Want to know if menopause is coming or if getting pregnant is still possible? RFSU's Menopause Test gives an indication of your body's hormone levels and helps you identify the transition to perimenopause or menopause. The test measures the concentration of the FSH hormone in the urine and is suitable for women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms or are wondering about their fertility.

Test easily at home
Based on the measurement of the FSH hormone
Depending on your menstrual cycle, you can test at the right time of the month

Who is the test suitable for?
The menopause test is especially suitable for women aged 40–65 who want a more accurate understanding of the changes in their body and where their fertility may be.

The package contains 2 tests.

Testing instructions:
If you have your period: test 3–5 days after the start of your period.
If you no longer have periods: you can test at any time during the month.
Test at least twice – on the same day of your cycle each time.
If your cycle is irregular, four tests are recommended over a period of 2–3 months.

Important to note:
The test is not suitable for women using hormonal contraception or menopause medications.
Alcohol, pregnancy and breastfeeding can temporarily increase FSH levels.
The product is intended for adult women.
Store at dry room temperature (–2°C – +25°C), out of the reach of children.

This is how the test works:
When the FSH level rises above 25 mIU/ml, the test shows a positive result. This often indicates that a woman is entering perimenopause or menopause. The first urine in the morning gives the most reliable result. If you are hoping to get pregnant, the test should be negative.
