We reserve the right to make changes to the prices of our products and delivery costs.
 

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days of receipt of order. In most cases, orders can be processed on the same day. All stock orders weighing less than 2 kg (letter and maxi letter orders) and reaching us before 3 pm (Mon–Fri) will be shipped the same day. Postal parcel orders you will receive order within 2-3 working days from the date of shipping. The goods ordered will be kept at your local pickup location for 2 weeks. Should they not be picked up within that time, they will be returned to our store. Please be aware that you will only receive one notification that your package is ready for collection.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order on Fairy Of Pregnancy, you will receive an email confirmation. Therefore please check that you have entered your email address correctly in the email address field. The order confirmation page provides you with a complete record of your orders and payments. The order confirmation page also acts as your warranty page together with your receipt.

DELIVERY METHODS AND DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You will see the exact amount of any delivery costs for your order once you have first selected the payment and delivery methods in your shopping cart. Orders will be delivered as letter or parcels; please note that only parcel shipments can be traced with the delivery ID.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The products and their shipping costs are paid in conjunction with the order. The following payment methods are available in our online store: Online payments via Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Walley invoice, Jousto invoice, OP invoice, as well as Credit Card payments. Online payments are made using the Paytrail Oyj website. Payments can also be made by wire transfer – please note that the order will not be shipped until full payment is received in our account. Payments made from Nordea accounts can be received on the same day, payments from other banks are received within 1-2 business days. We also have Klarna payment method.

We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard and Visa Electron. In these cases, we use Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) as the service provider of the payment services and handling. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on the invoice, and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Fairy Of Pregnancy acts solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer and handle any possible complaints concerning our products or services. If necessary, you can also send your reclamation directly to Paytrail Oyj.

With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oyj acts as the product merchant and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is liable for meeting all the responsibilities related to the trade. Paytrail Oyj is also the recipient of the payment.

Online Payments
Paytrail Oy (FI21228397) provides financial and payment services for online payments in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy receives the payment and disburses it to the seller. From the customer's point of view, the service functions like any conventional online payment.

E-payment
The order will not be shipped until we have received your payment. Payments should be made into the following bank account: Nordea FI42 1146 3001 0875 99. The recipient of the payment is TR Products Oy. Your order confirmation will show detailed payment instructions with a reference number. If you choose e-payment as your payment method, we will hold your order for 5 business days, after which it is released if we have not received your payment.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to return and cancel orders for products purchased using this online store free of charge for 14 days. The returns policy only applies to original, unused and resalable products.  Customized (e.g. labeled) products cannot be returned and orders for such products cannot be canceled once made and confirmed by payment. All testing products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returned products if they are sent later than within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been accepted by the seller, we will refund the money directly into your bank account.

Processing a return is easy. Package up the item carefully and enclose your contact information and IBAN bank account details for the refund of your payment.
 

  • Packages heavier than 2 kg need to be shipped via Posti using the ASIAKASPALAUTUS 14 -address label (available from post offices).
  • Packages lighter than 2 kg are considered as letters and can be returned by posting them in a letterbox (2nd class). Before returning your item, please write the word “ASIAKASPALAUTUS” on the envelope or package. Please be aware that we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • Return in any Matkahuolto locations. Take your return package and our return code 9522797 with you. The address card is printed on Matkahuolto. Return is free to the customer.

In the case of remote selling, the consumer can normally open or unpack the package without losing their right to cancel in order to verify the features and functionality of the goods and to examine the goods in the same way as one can in a shop”. “If the consumer uses the goods, the consumer will be responsible for the related decrease in their value. If the consumer does not keep the goods essentially unchanged or in their original condition, the company has the right to charge the amount corresponding to the decrease in value. If the goods have become unsaleable because they have been used, the company has the right to refuse to refund the customer at all”  Consumer Protection Act

Exchanging products is fast and free from Finland (from abroad: send e-mail asiakaspalvelu @ raskauskeiju.fi)

Exchanging an item you have ordered is also easy. Place a new order on our website and let us know about your exchange by email: asiakaspalvelu @ raskauskeiju.fi. If you have already paid for your original product and are exchanging it for a cheaper one, we will refund the difference into your bank account. If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, we will send you a bill for the extra amount by email. It’s as simple as that!

Please be aware that all items you return must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging. Package up the item carefully and enclose your contact information and IBAN bank account details for the refund of your payment.

  • Return your exchange in any Matkahuolto locations. Take your package and our return code 9522797 with you. The address card is printed on Matkahuolto. Exchange is free to the customer.

 

RETURN OF PAYMENT

Once your return has been accepted by the seller, we will refund the money directly into your bank account. If you return the entire order, we will refund the whole amount including shipping costs. The refund is made online via Nordea Netbank. If you also have bank with Nordea, notification of the e-payment transaction is sent immediately. For other banks it will take 1-2 business days for the refund to arrive. We aim to make the refund of the payment as soon as possible after receipt of your return. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that you have provided the correct IBAN bank account number.

PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product is lost in transit, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, you need to notify the seller immediately of the error via e-mail: asiakaspalvelu @ raskauskeiju.fi.

  • If the product is lost in transit, you need to contact our customer services team within one week (7 working days) from the date of your order. We do not refund products lost in transit if reported later than this.
  • If you received a wrong or defective product, you need to contact our customer services team within five (5) days from the date of receipt of the package. 
  • If your package was damaged during shipping, you need to make an immediate complaint to your local post office (Posti).

 

WARRANTY TIME AND SERVICE

Keep the order confirmation and copy of the receipt that you receive on delivery of the product as a warranty certificate. The warranty period varies by product and is generally 6 to 12 months. For all consumer warranty claims, please contact us by e-mail.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside of Fairy Of Pregnancy´s control that are not reasonably foreseeable shall be considered as Force Majeure, meaning that Fairy Of Pregnancy Online Store shall be released of its obligations to fulfil the contractual agreement. Examples of such events are governmental actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or failure to deliver by suppliers. Force Majeure also includes government decisions with negative effects on the market and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

 

OTHER INFORMATION


We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions. The customer must have agreed to and read the valid terms of use before placing an order. Fairy Of Pregnancy shall undertake to use any personal information collected or acquired solely for the purposes specified at the time of collecting or acquiring such personal data and to such extent as deemed necessary to conduct its business. Fairy Of Pregnancy shall undertake not to provide or disclose to any third party any personal data obtained or collected from its customers
